Most humans will experience heartburn at least once. You may even experience heartburn because of exercise. After you eat, you need to wait a little while before exercising. Stress and the hectic life that many Americans lead can also be to blame. When life is overly busy, people tend to eat fast food on the run. Heartburn can easily develop after eating fast food.
